Definition and use: Brampton Real Estate market that is doing well is often reflected in the proliferation of real estate transactions, and therefore for real estate agents, in the many real estate mandates to be administered. The mandate is intended as a contract by which a person, the principal, gives power to aTop Realtor in Mississauga (or an entity such as a real estate agency) appointed as agent. Sales Form single or exclusive, a term of the lease, management mandate: whatever the warrant in question, this document describes the obligations and rights of each party, including specifying the agent's missions.  Agent's obligations: The register of real estate mandates is compulsory. This document must list in chronological order all the mandates signed by the real estate agency, specifying for each the legal information necessary for their proper execution.  How to keep the register of real estate mandates?
