  1. Triathlon An exciting multisport endurance event, a race of mind and body. The triathlon involves running three races in succession. Although there are different formats and variations of the sport, the most common one involves swimming, bicycling, and running across varying distances continuously. An athlete's ability to swim, cycle, and run is tested in a triathlon, a challenging sport. The race is composed of 3 continuous legs. An open-water swim is followed by a bike leg and a run. The races can be enjoyed by anyone looking for a challenge, as the shorter ones last approximately an hour, while the longer ones can last up to 11 hours. Triathlon is often perceived as a very serious sport. The athletes of triathlons are supportive, encouraging, and motivating while still competing. Low-impact cross-training is an excellent feature of triathlons. When your joints are getting sore from running, this is a good way to modify your training. You'll also become more flexible and endurance-oriented.

Causes of injuries The sport of triathlon is very physically demanding and has experienced rapid growth in recent years.  As it’s a sport that involves variation, the chance of having injuries also varies depending on the strength of the triathlete. Overworked muscle and fatigue ness can be the results of training for a triathlon. The lower back and shoulder fibers are also common problems for many triathletes. A lack of strength or control is often the cause of overuse injuries, as are poor balances between training and recovery. It is important to go slowly when taking on a new discipline to become a triathlete. Neck, back, and shoulder pain are common for triathletes, because of cycling for a long time. A number of things can lead to pain, including poor bike setup, angle and positioning of aero bars, underlying neck and shoulder conditions, and overworked muscles.
