We use real time data capturing on the shop floor as well as extensive use of applied statistics throughout manufacturing and process development. FINISHES, SURFACE TREATMENTS AND ASSEMBLIES To reduce your supply chain and provide a one-stop sourcing, National will take responsibility for value- added operations such as plating, anodizing, chemical conversion, painting, powder coating, spot/TIG welding, riveting, stand-off and PEM insertions to provide a more complete part. Finishes, surface treatments and welding comply to various industry certifications and standards such as REACH, ROHS, NADCAP AND MIL-STDs. We also comply with obtaining customer approvals for some of these processes or work with customer-approved vendor sources
