  1. Network Design Pbx Phone System

  2. Why Pbx Phone System ? Information exchange within a company When you call another number at your office, that call is actually routed through the local phone company's exchange. Thus, if you want to call your assistant, the call will go out to the local exchange, then back to your business to ring the other phone, which could incur a charge. A PBX phone system would allow the call to be routed internally, without having to go outside the building.

  3. A centralized control system A PBX phone system can provide a receptionist feature that allows all the calls coming into your company's many phones to be accessed by a single number. Instead of including a long list of individual phone numbers in directories or advertisements, you could list just one. You could do this without a PBX, but only one person could be on a call at a time. With a PBX phone system, incoming calls do not block outgoing calls. When other callers are still connected, your staff can dial out and make calls.

  4. Using automation With a PBX system, you don't need a receptionist to answer your calls. When you have called a company and heard the "auto attendant" instructing you to call a specific number for a specific service, that was a PBX system. Using these menus can be very frustrating for callers, especially when they get very lengthy. Additionally, most PBX auto attendants let callers enter an extension number to bypass the lengthy menu process.

  5. Conclusion : An ABCs PBX can be quickly and easily set up online. Our service is cloud-based, so there are no geographical restrictions. It won't matter where your company is located - we can help. Find out more about our phone systems and get started today!
