  1. UAE Visa : Now Foreign Students Can Sponsor Their Families

  2. EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES IN UAE Enrolling in a study program at universities in Dubaihas provided a platform for thousands of international students to get an excellent education and secure employment in a thriving international business hub and to make their life in this exciting city.

  3. UAE STUDENT PROGRAM UAE universities, till new update have been providing visas to expatriate students which allows them to study and reside in the country for a 12 month (renewable) period, to cover the duration of the program. According to the new UAE residency policy, foreign students who are financially capable can sponsor their families.

  4. UAE’S ADDITIONAL PROPOSAL IN STUDENT VISA The newly announced rule enables students to apply for a golden visa which allows them to stay for 5 years in the country. During this period, if the students are financially capable then they can sponsor their family. This decision was announced by the His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on 24 January 2021. The new visa policy will definitely attract more number of expatriate students to internationally accredited universities in UAE especially the ones who are married and have dependents.

  5. CRITERIA FOR GOLDEN VISA For 5 years • Outstanding students who scored 95 percent in public and private secondary schools are eligible • Graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.8 or more are eligible
