Many people try to find the cure but what they don’t understand is that the way to reach the cure is only by having complete knowledge of its cause. So, lets understand first why people snore.

  2. Why people snore Snoring is not a very deadly disease, but it may lead to one. There can be a number of reasons leading to snoring. Let’s take a look at a few of them. 1. Vibration of tissues The root cause of snoring is the vibration of the tissue while breathing it means there is not enough space in throat and lungs to pass the air. This happens because of our some daily routine activities or bad lifestyle that we adopt. Sometimes it can be genetic but that is the rare case. There are some few common causes that contribute to snoring.

  3. 2. Being overweight Being overweight is the beginning of many health problems. It also contributes to snoring. Actually, the fatty tissue presents in throat block the pathway of air to move in and out from the lungs. This makes the neighbouring tissue vibrates and creates snoring. It is important that the person should not be overweight. An overweight person must do proper exercise to maintain his weight. This will help to cure snoring problem. 3. Swollen Tonsils The swollen tonsils are another contributing partner to snoring. Tonsils are designed in such a way that they first detect and then

  4. fight infections. They are located at the back of the mouth on each side of the throat (oropharynx). Like other infection-fighting tissue, the tonsils swell while they fight from bacteria and viruses. These tonsils do not return to their normal size after the infection is gone. They remain enlarged and narrow the airways vibrate. This is also another reason for snoring. 4. Thick Uvula Our lifestyle is also the reason of snoring. The person who drinks alcohol or does smoking may be suffer from snoring. Smoking blocks the pathway of air to pass it from the throat. It will make difficult to push the air. This result in making the tissue vibrates and creates a sound which we called snoring. 5. Bad lifestyle The uvula is suspended from the center and back of the soft palate. An abnormally long or thick uvula also can contribute to snoring. The soft palate is the flap of tissue that hangs down in the back of the mouth. If it is too long or floppy, it can vibrate and cause snoring.
