  2. HIGH SPEED LABELLER / COUPON APPLICATOR MODEL TP-8 ROBUST Machine entirely built of heavy gage stainless steel and anodized aluminium. Designed for intensive use in a harsh industrial environment. RELIABLE Provides superior performance with minimum maintenance and supervision. USER FRIENDLY Servo motor driven, this machine will quickly adjust to various labels/coupons and operating conditions. FLEXIBLE Applies promotion coupons and labels to the top or side of products at speed of up tofive hundred (500) products per minute.

  3. Label size: 5 ¾” wide by ⅜” to 20” long. Adjustable application height from 24” to 50” from floor. Servo motor driven. 16” diameter roll support. Rewinder powered by DC motor. Application speed: up to 200 ft /min. Precision +- 1/16”. Gap sensor for paper or plastic labels/coupons. Height & angular adjustments by hand crank. Friendly Operator Interface.   8. Keyboard Interface STATE:STOP VP:470 E: PRINT COMPLETE FAIL I: S: Operator interface allows full control of the machine. User friendly keypad gives access to menus and settings. 4 alphanumerical lines informs user about machine status values and guidelines. Password protected access level

  9. Alarms Warnings Red light, fixed:Machine is stopped.. Red light, blinking:Abnormal stop, machine requires operator intervention. Yellow light, fixed:Machine runnning low in labels. Buzzer:Abnormal stop, machine requires operator intervention.

  11. Tandem Tandem Installation Drawing shows a tandem configuration. The first machine applies label on every product, while the second labeller stands as a backup. The first machine automatically commands the start-up of the second one when a fault occurs. No product is missed.

Easy Startup • Install the machine next to or over existing conveyors, adjust the height and the guide rails to align products. • Connect the machine to 110 VAC (isolated line) and compressed air. • Adjust photo-eye and applicator settings according to the required label position and conveyor speed. • Insert your roll of labels on roll support and follow path instruction shown on machine.
