The initiative focuses on providing all the essential services to common man through a digital framework at reasonable costs.  Integration of government services and IT Technology for education, health, farmers, security, justice, finance, planning and cyber security. 3. All the information hosted online on social media and cloud will be used for communication.  Government engagement through web-based platforms to provide information 2-way communication E-messaging to citizens on special occasions 5. Common service centers and post offices are two components of Public Internet access program.  Post Offices to turn into Multi-Service Centers CSCs will serve as multi-functional end points for delivery of government services. 6.
