  2. Peel is a universal smart remote app which turns your smartphone into a universal, all-in-one remote control device! User can substitute the conventional remotes for TV, AC, Set-top boxes and other small gadgets all in one app through Peel Universal Remote.

  3. Just input your cable service provider or your DTH service provider’s name and your region and you are good to go. With all the information it has, you can not only plan your favourite show but also record them (with the right STB) or set up reminder, all from your phone.

  4. It uses the infrared blaster in your phone to transmit the signals and uses your phone as a remote. However, if your phone doesn’t have IR features, the app uses the WiFi network on which your phone, as well as the electronics appliances are there.

  5. It enables your smartphone to work as a universal remote for all the appliances you have at your home. Only a few gentle swipes and taps on your phone screen and you can adjust the AC temperature without taking your eyes off a nail biting cricket moment on the TV.
