Aspire Recovery for Women

Aspire Recovery for Women is a 3 month residential continuum of care program serving women ages 25 who are motivated to attain recovery from addiction. ASPIRE assists women as they embark on a ‘journey of mind, body and spirit”. ASPIRE Recovery supports, but is not limited to, the spiritual concepts of the 12-step program. We incorporate outdoor expeditions, daily exercise, experiential education, meditative practices including yoga, life skill enhancements and various therapeutic modalities.

Aspire Recovery for Women is a premier 3 month residential continuum of care program located in the mountain town of Carbondale, CO. Sitting at the base of beautiful Mt. Sopris, ASPIRE serves women ages 25 and over who are motivated to attain recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. ASPIRE assists women as they embark on a ‘journey of mind, body and spirit”. ASPIRE Recovery supports, but is not limited, to the spiritual concepts of the 12-step program. We incorporate outdoor expeditions, daily exercise, experiential education, meditative practices including yoga, life skill enhancements and various therapeutic modalities. We guide women as they reintegrate to their community.

Sac??? & Pol????y T?e??p??? - Has been in private practice as a psychotherapist for over 20 years. - Kathleen is a National Certified Recovery Specialist - Certified Trauma Release Provider, Polarity & Cranial Sacral Therapist, and a Licensed Massage Therapist - Haleigh is a licensed social worker - Specializes in family issues, addiction counseling and post-traumatic stress. - Worked in the field of substance abuse and Recovery homes for 11 years - She has been with Aspire for 4 years - She has been doing body work in the Roaring Fork Valley for 8 years - She is the co-founder of Living Journeys, a non-profit helping those with cancer in the Gunnison Valley - She’s going into her 5th year of teaching Tension/Trauma Release exercises to young women at an alternative high school. - Kathleen is a certified facilitator of MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy). - Haleigh is a therapist as well as the recreational director

Aspire Recovery for Women now offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed for women 18 years of age and older who are motivated to attain recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. We incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist our clients with the issues that accompany early recovery, such as trauma and feelings of grief, loss, and shame. We strive to create a safe environment that promotes self-awareness, independence, and responsibility so our clients can successfully live a life without substances.
