  2. Asphalt Batching Plant An asphalt plant is a plant used for the manufacture of bitumen, macadam and other forms of coated road-stone, sometimes collectively known asphalt concrete. The asphalt batching plants or asphalt mixing plant is one plant that is used for mixing the dry warm aggregate, padding and bitumen for homogeneous mixture at the required temperature. And it is widely used to the construction of highway and road construction.

  4. Asphalt Batch Plant Working Process Aggregate Feeding System:- • Built on a rugged structure. • Frequency controlled drives to regulate flow of aggregates individually. • No flow indicator switch on each bin.

  5. Counter Flow Drying Drum:- • Thermally insulated • Economical operation • Flights designed for optimum heating of all types of aggregates

  6. Multi Fuel Burner:- • Multi fuel burner: Diesel and LDO. Optional FO and gas. • Low noise burner is capable to heat aggregates effectively.

  7. Primary – Pollution Control System:- • Dust collected from drying drum, vibrating screen and hot bins before they enter mixing drum. • Compliments the secondary dust collector.

  8. Secondary - Pollution Control System:- • Secondary Dust collector: Bag house filter / wet dust collector. • Works in sync with the dry dust collector to settle the dust.

  9. Asphalt Storage Tanks:- • Bitumen tanks are fully insulated. • Available in various capacities.

  10. Controls:- • Modular Design and simple to use. • PLC types control panel. • Standard components for easy maintenance. • Pre installed and factory tested.
