  4. SST Special Events • Ocean View St. Patrick’s Day Parade • Tartan Day Ceilidh at Grand Affairs • Azalea Festival Parade • Boardwalk History Fest • 2nd Annual William Wallace Day • Norfolk Grand Illumination • SST Christmas Ceilidh

Educational Outreach • Gaelic language, music, and piping demonstration at Tallwood High School in Jan. ‘07 • Oct. ‘07 - Read Aloud Virginia Program • Scottish Ceilidh hosted by Coventry Elementary School in Yorktown • An evening of Scottish music, piping, singing, Gaelic language and cultural demonstrations • We plan to do much more of this in 2008!

Scottish Walk/Dancing in the Streets/Hogmanay • Outstanding crowd for this year’s Scottish Walk in Portsmouth • Many thanks to John McGlynn for his hospitality in hosting “Dancing in the Streets” following the walk • A big thank you to Tom and Lynette Crouch for a wonderful Hogmanay/First Footing party at their home in the evening
