    3. Useful Algorithm Information on E-Rooms Top-Level Algorithm Processes & Responsibilities Data Product Algorithm Management (DPAM) Plan - (SE&I, Emch) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineeringIntegration/0_2a3c3 Algorithm Roles & Responsibilities Matrix (SE, Hughes) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/0_c570 Cal/Val Sensor-Specific Cal/Val Plans - (ST&E, Lottman) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemTestEvaluation/0_24489 Science Algorithm Verification - Plans NPP EDR Science Algorithm Verification Plan (Overview) (SE, Hughes) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/0_b705 NPP EDR Latency Verification Plan (SE, Shannon) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/0_c58b Sensor Characterization Tasks data package (SE, Hughes) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/ 0_b705

    4. Useful Algorithm Information on E-Rooms, Contd Science Algorithm Verification Algorithm Specific Test Plan, Test Data Description and Test Results VIIRS [CrIS, etc] Algorithm Testing and Verification Status Reports (SE, Shoucri) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/0_12a62 Specific to each Algorithm: Science Algorithm Test Plan, test data set descriptions, tests conducted, results, AIs, drops to IDPS. Regularly updated. Specific to each sensor: Algorithm Testing Report provides overview per sensor, including test data sets. Updated by pointers specific to each algorithm at each drop to IDPS. Post-Drop Algorithm Follow-up Tasks Tracker (SE, Chu) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/0_12a62 NPP EDR Latency Status Report (SE, Shannon) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/0_1b2b1 Science Algorithm Configuration Control and Management Algorithm RB/CCB (ARB/ACCB) Membership, Description, Guidelines (SE&I, Emch) https://collab1.st.northropgrumman.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineeringIntegration/0_8be3 ARB/ACCB CM: Agendas, Presentations, ECRs, Minutes (CM, Dufur) https://collab1.st.northropgrumman.com/eRoom/NPOESS/ConfigurationManagement/0_cbd3 Algorithm Docs: SCM Control (CM Samala) https://collab1.trw.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/0_12a62

    5. Useful Algorithm Information on E-Rooms, Contd Summary Algorithm Status Charts Monthly PMR Algorithm Status Summary (SE&I, Emch) Covers all NPP algorithms on one page Addresses both schedule and performance at a top level Updated monthly based on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly statuses https://collab1.st.northropgrumman.com/eRoom/NPOESS/ProgramOffice/0_1b51c Monthly Algorithm Status Roadmap (Prelaunch) (SE, Hughes) Covers all NPP algorithms Updated on a regular basis based on inputs from IDPS, SE Contains much detail on each algorithm and its progress in the notes feature https://collab1.st.northropgrumman.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/0_b705 Bi-weekly GS and IDPS Algorithm Status Summary (IDPS, Barth & SE, Chu) Charts are joint IDPS/SE effort Covers algorithms dropped from SE to IDPS to date Includes details on sci to Ops migration status Includes assessment of future algorithm task effort/resources required https://collab1.st.northropgrumman.com/eRoom/NPOESS/SystemEngineering/0_365c8

    6. SE IPT chairs VIIRS (weekly) and CrIS/ATMS (bi-weekly) Algorithm Performance meetings Discuss both hardware and software topics of importance to algorithm and product performance Detailed technical discussions Wide attendance POCs: Phil Moffa for CrIS, ATMS, CMIS; Debra Olejniczak for VIIRS P/L & SE IPTs organize weekly OMPS technical telecons Similar scope to above VIIRS, CrIS/ATMS meetings POCs: Raymond Crew & Maria Caponi

    7. Regular Operational Algorithm Team (OAT) meetings are held The OATs are advisors to the IPO SSPR team utilizes OATs for recommendations, peer reviews, and possible assistance on ongoing algorithm tasks All OATs meet nominally every 6 months at a joint NOAT meeting Discuss both hardware and software topics of importance to algorithm and product performance Detailed technical discussions Wide attendance includes OATs, IPO, SSPR team, multiple IPTs OATs meetings are one of the best ways to flow external science community comments and recommendations to SSPR team POCs: Jim Duda, IPO & Pam Emch, NGST

    8. Algorithm Splinter at PMRs Every month; nominally 2 hrs. long Excellent opportunity for cross-IPT discussions at a management level NGST/RC PMR attendees are normally IPT leads, not necessarily technical task executors POC: Emch Algorithm Session at SEI F2F meetings Approx. every 2 months; length determined by topics Attendees are primarily SEI, both technical and management Good opportunity to have mid-level technical discussions regarding SEI tasks & issues Possible to discuss cross-IPT topics based on attendees Very detailed discussions may require separate focus meetings POC: Emch

    9. Algorithm Session at IDPS F2F meetings Every 6 weeks; length determined by topics Attendees are primarily IDPS, both technical and management Emch to provide top-level alg status (PMR status); remaining portion of session led by SE Good opportunity to have mid-level technical discussions regarding joint IDPS/SE tasks & issues with access to the broader IDPS team Should segue to include ST&E and O&S Very detailed discussions may require separate focus meetings POC: TBD within SE IPT
