  2. Motiva Enterprises LLC is a joint venture between Shell and Saudi Refining Inc. that refines, distributes, and markets oil products in the eastern and southern U.S.

Port Arthur, Texas • Norco, Louisiana • Convent, Louisiana • 270 M bbls/day 600 M bbls/day • 220 M bbls/day • 250 M bbls/day Motiva - Refineries • 3 Refineries = approx. 740 thousand bbls/day of crude oil refining capacity (Post Exp: 1,070 million bbls/day) • Today Produce approximately 420 thousand bbls/day gasoline; 260 thousand bbls/day diesel

  4. Motiva - Terminals • Ownership in 41 refined product terminals • Terminal Hubs for Ethanol, Heating Oil, Gasoline Blending

  5. Motiva - Petroleum Marketer Market Shell gasoline and other petroleum products in all or part of 26 states and Washington, D.C. thru approx. 8,000 retail outlets
