  1. Men's health - Get rid of the sweating problem Sweating at the gym is great, but it's a problem when you sweat even at your workplace or at home. Most of the men can relate to this problem of sweating a lot. It is not just the sweat that makes you uncomfortable, but the body odor that comes with it affects your social life as well. There are times when you can't remove your suit or jacket because of the sweaty clothes. This is absolutely natural and you need not worry much about it now as there are many ways to control it. The article has assembled the various ways through with you can control this problem. You need not go any extra miles for this as it can be done through some basic and natural ways. Here are the points that can help you stay cooler, drier and sweat-free.

This is because spice and things of this sort create mild warmth in your body. Thus, subtract spicy food from your diet and it will really prove beneficial. Not only this, less use of things like garlic and onion also helps in getting rid of body odor.
