Requirement for MR Licence • Have held a class C licence for at least one year or more (P1 licence holder are not eligible for MR Licence). • Pass the MR knowledge test and pass as eyesight test. • Obtain a HVCBA log book and guide book. • Pass the Heavy Vehicle Competency Based Assessment and obtain a Certificate of Competency.

Pass the MC knowledge test and pass a medical examination. • 3. Obtain a HVCBA log book and guide book. • 4. Pass the Heavy Vehicle Competency Based Assessment and obtain a Certificate of Competency.
