  1. HIGH QUALITY Program For Kids High quality programs are conducive for a child’s overall growth. However, there are a lot many things you need to consider before picking up a high quality program for your kid. Physical Environment Whether the facility has been designed in a way to help the staff supervise kids easily? Does the facility have the necessary infrastructure to conduct the program? Is equipment and material kept clean, safe and in good condition? Has the first aid kit, fire alarm and other safety equipment been installed properly? Curriculum Does the curriculum of program focus on all aspects of child development? Does it provide learning opportunities to kids through exploration and play? Whether the equipment to be used encourages children to experiment more & learn? Are the activities designed to help kids improve reasoning, problem solving & other skills? Teaching Facilities Are kids provided with individual learning & constant supervision? Is the time & space properly organized for indoor and outdoor teaching activities? If the child's work is appropriately displayed to motivate the kid and encourage learning? Does it engage each and every kid in all the activities being organized? Health & Relationship Does the program cognize healthy habits in participating kids? Does the staff encourage children to engage in friendly conversation with others? Whether regular team playing sessions are being organized to boost interpersonal skills? If there is a proper plan for emergency situations?
