The team had incredibly won at least one medal in every World Cup and Olympic tournament in women’s soccer history from 1991 to 2015. Soon, five more Americans: Heather O’Reilly, Kate Markgraf, Hope Solo, Carli Lloyd, and Abby Wambach also joined this famous list. Kristine Lilly and Christie Rampone are the only players to have played more than 300 international matches.
