  1. Kazakhstan Renowned Landmarks That You Shouldn't Miss: Kazakhstan is a beautiful country located exactly in the heart of Eurasia. It's just between the two powerful country as China and Russia. It also borders three main countries of Central Asia: Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan and almost shares a common history with them. According to the size of area, Kazakhstan is the ninth largest country in the world and therefore it actually is the ideal hub for diverse landscape that starts as lowlands in the west and ends by a 7000 meters peak in the south east, called Khan Tengri. When you are planning a tour to Central Asia, you will love the Kazakhstan tourand its landmarks. Like many other Kazakhstan landmarks, Khan Tengri is situated near Almaty, the former capital and major city of Kazakhstan. It's a generally marble rock, formed like a pyramid. Its actual geometrical shape and depending on the time of the day, it wonderfully reflects the sun in various colours. It was named the "Kan Tau" for its sunset red colour among the Kazakh nomad tribes.
