HISTORY The National Law University Act, 2007 provides for the Chief Justice of India to be the university's visitor, whereas the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi to function as the university's chancellor. whereas its vice-chancellor functions as the chief administrator. All students are very nice. The teachers are very helpful. They are so nice to the students. All do the work nicely. So that we are very good in all subjects.NLUD is one of the national law schools in India built on the five-year law degree model proposed and implemented by the Bar Council of India.

  7. INFRASTRUCTURE The following are the central facilities at the National Law University. Computer Center Library. Computer Centre: NLUD has very good resources for its students. And it also has an ICT network available at the computer centers. Apart from providing internet services, it also has other facilities for its students and staff as well. Medical Facilities: NLUD has the best medical services. And also, has a very good health service too. It is in the University itself. And also, provides health services to their staff too. Also, it works from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays.

  8. COURSES OFFERED Undergraduate: NLUD offers a five-year undergraduate, B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) program. Seventy seats are offered, and ten additional seats are allocated to foreign nationals. The undergraduate program is based on a credits system with additional seminar courses for further learning, pursuant according to the interests of the students. The program consists of approximately fifty subjects to be studied over the duration of ten semesters, with five subjects in each semester. Students are expected to submit fifty research projects before their graduation. The curriculum remains intensive and has led to concerns being brought about stress levels amongst the students.

  9. COURSES OFFERED Postgraduate: NLUD also offers a one-year LL.M. program. The admission is through a written test which is conducted by the University followed by an interview. It additionally offers a Postgraduate Diploma program in Urban Environmental Management, Judging and Court Management, and IPR and Patent Law along with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.).

  10. FAQ Q) Is admission open in NLUD? NLUD has only one intake in a year. However, generally, the admissions for KU start in the middle of the year. Since the admissions at NLUD for 2021 will commence in the last week of May or the first week of June. Therefore, all students must visit NLUD’s official website to know more about admissions. Q) What is the fee of NLUD? NLUD is a public university in India. Hence the fee structure is very less. The average fee at the NLUD is Rs.7000 for a year. However, students must visit the NLUD’s official website for more information. Q) Why are NLUD cut-offs so high? NLUD is one of the most prestigious institutions in India. It is one of the oldest institutes of education. NLUD has the highest forms of education. Hence, raising its cut-off percentage every year. It happens to admit the best students at the University.
