  2. Korea has made significant progress since the 1990s water pollution scandal in 2022. Korea has steadily improved the quality of its water services over the past decades by integrating technology with its water supply and storage. The country has gradually developed innovative smart water methods that enable real-time water status assessments and updates. The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and its affiliated institutions assisted and guided Korea's government with critical governance and policy recommendations to restore water management. Management of clearwater Korea anticipates that it will soon develop technologies that other countries will adopt. This article will discuss current water issues in Korea, as well as goals and actions to prevent future problems in the coming years. Water Issues and Concerns Despite recent improvements in water infrastructure and management, Korea has faced a number of water security threats in recent years and will face more in the future. Korea has nearly exhausted its current river basin water

  3. allocation, which could lead to problems in the future due to rising water demand and population. Polluting and contaminating insufficient water resources are urban stormwater and livestock runoff. Korea has one of the highest levels of water scarcity, population density, and flood vulnerability among OECD countries. Floods have affected approximately 200 thousand people in the last decade, causing damages totaling $4.35 billion.Water-related risks have increased due to urbanisation and climate change. Objectives and Goals Water may become scarce in the coming years due to rising population and flood incidents. Because of the recent slowdown in economic growth and the ageing population, there is insufficient public funding to respond to these disasters.

  4. Given the aforementioned issues, Clearwater Management Korea can summarise Korean water goals as follows: Identifying new water sources to supplement natural river basins. To improve usability, clean and clear polluted water sources. Reduce the negative impacts of flooding and climate change on water supplies. Water management and resource expenses are kept to a minimum. As a result, there is a constraint on governing and managing water resources for long-term economic development and lowering future investment requirements.Korea must seek the most efficient and cost-effective method of achieving its objectives. Future Initiatives

  5. The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) assisted Korean authorities in facilitating and coordinating Clearwater management korea systemic and policy water management responses. They organised two consecutive water policy dialogues in which partner institutions discussed best international practises and robust analytical work with the OECD. The OECD proposed the following water priorities for Korea: Long-term solutions and planning for disasters such as flooding and drought Incentives to encourage efficient water use and pollution reduction. Greater environmental compliance enforcement and water regulation Governance reforms for water issues. The OECD's recommendations will ensure that Korea's solutions are technologically sound, long-lasting, and sustainable.

  6. Conclusion Clearwater Administration Korea believes that everyone should have access to clean water. The company is steadfast in its commitment to assisting Korea in its efforts to improve water supplies, technologies, and services.
