This search provides the details of existing similar kind of inventions through which the applicant/inventor can analyze whether his/her is novel with respect to existing patent application/cited prior arts. • Freedom to Operate (FTO) search • This search gives the opportunity to the applicant/inventor to analyze/determine whether the invention can infringe someone’s patent rights/claims. The objective of the FTO search is to provide the list of patents to the inventor/applicant on which their invention might be infringing.

  4. Patent Invalidity Search This search is conducted after grant of the patent. The goal is to find out whether the cited prior arts by the patent examiner during the prosecution of the patent application are overlooked so that the granted patent can be declared as invalid. • Patent Infringement Analysis Search • This search is conducted to determine whether an invention infringes upon an existing patent claims. The independent claims are considered /analyzed for patent infringement.
