  1. PAN CARD APPLICATION  Pan Card Applica?on for Trust and NGO A permanent account number card must be issued in India for individuals and en??es. Acquiring a PAN card number for trusts and non-profit organiza?ons is significant for both financial transparency and legal compliance. Apply for a Pan Card for Charitable Trust: All charitable trusts exist as non-profit organiza?ons, society’s. Structure, or management, is not the soul of an organiza?on. The aims and goals of organisa?ons can differen?ate a business organisa?on from a charitable organisa?on. The applica?on procedure for a charitable trust requires the following documents: 1. Copy of latest income tax return 2: Copy of registra?on cer?ficate issued by Register of Firms or Socie?es. 3. Copy of pan card of the candidate responsible for management of charitable trust 4. Copy of decision of the trust management body authorising the applicant to apply for pan card. Apply for a Pan Card for NGO By submi?ng the applica?on form along with the required documents to the Income Tax Department, a non-profit organisa?on can apply for pan card.On Income Tax Department website, applica?on form can be downloaded. The applica?on process is similar to individuals applying for PAN, but a few addi?onal documents have to be submi?ed. 1. It usually takes 15–20 business days to issue and deliver the PAN card.
