Also known as EICR (electrical installation condition report), it guarantees the safety of new, installed, altered, or additional electrical installation at the time it was put into service. This landlord electrical certificate can serve as your reference for finding electrical faults that can cause burns or shock, checking the safety of installations for use, and if additions to installation could become a cause for overloading. It can also indicate if your property has sufficient protection against damage caused by heat or fire from a defective point. The landlord electrical safety certificate cost can vary depending on the type and extent of the electrical installation inspection, testing, and work that needs to be done. The certificate can also indicate if there is any water damage or flooding due to a leak.
