For quite a few years he has been working on private equity firm primarily US equities and economics. Esteban Penaloza is an eminent author for investing.com and has a demonstrated firm experience in investment banking and crypto investing. Esteban Penaloza is Co-founder of the Uris Platform. About Uris Platform Uris will provide entrepreneurs with the right funding tools and assistance to turn their ventures into renowned multinational companies. The ecosystem will promote efficient and transparent markets. Hence, entrepreneurs can easily raise capital on a global scale with low costs. We aim to create a sustainable and bright future for the world. While an increasing number of investors are ready to fund startups, the absence of effective analysis tools makes it a herculean task to find the right project. This leaves investors tied up as being an independent investor makes it more challenging to find the right enterprise. The investor is limited to a set of contacts and angel investors cannot fill the gap. Moreover, investments in the market come with their own set of risks. Also, an investor cannot sell shares he bought. It is not a false supposition that 90% of all startups fail within the first year due to lack of funds. Startups are often left in the lurch when it comes to launching a campaign and finding the right audience. Similarly, investors are intrigued as there is a lack of diversity in projects. The rules and regulations further add to the already mammoth task of finding the right platform. When it comes to VC funds they are highly concentrated and are subject to several regulations. The need of the hour is to empower entrepreneurship by strengthening the VC ecosystem. The capital resources should be distributed efficiently so that each project can explore its potential. This, in turn, will generate a positive impact on the economy. Only if the entrepreneurs can get the necessary support system they can trust the seed investments. Additionally, a thorough review of the platform will help startups put good governance practices in place.
