  8. Replacement Behavior • The FUNCTIONALLY EQUIVALENT and SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE behavior that replaces the problem behavior • Must know the FUNCTION of problem behavior • Must TEACH Replacement Behavior • Must REINFORCE Replacement Behavior with SAME reinforcement as challenging behavior
