Fruits in Monsoon Season    Fruits recommend individuals to eat fruits and vegetables daily in         order to maintain strength and build a good immune system.       are   an   important   part   of   our diet. Most experts                       But, should one eat fruits during the monsoon season? The           season gets several diseases and infections with it and thus we         should be careful about which fruits and vegetables we         consume during this season.

Here are some ​fruits in monsoon season ​which we should definitely eat:    Jamun:    Jamun is one of the most popular fruits which one can             consume in the rainy season.                                       This fruit is low in calories and rich in several nutrients like iron,               folate, potassium and vitamins.     Jamun is one of the best ​fruits to boost immunity ​during the monsoon season and should be definitely consumed.    Litchi:    Not only are Litchis one of the most delicious fruits but also are               rich in vitamin C.                                                    

  3.     They help our body to build resistance and strengthen the             immune system.     Litchis are also rich in antioxidants and are also recommended           for weight loss.
