  1. Dhipu Minor Rape Case: How it was solved

  2. We all heard about rapes and much more voice news on an everyday basis. Following was one such case and was breakthrough by the KarbiAnglong. Basically, there was a gang rape incident that happened in the region of Diphu. The name of these culprits was as follows ChesongIngti, TenisonIngti, and BirsingBey.

  3. Since the day This incident happened, all the three men were reported as being absconded. Later all of them were accused and were caught in the Dimapur, which is located out of Nagal and Manja area. Later, they were sent to judicial custody.

  4. How unnatural it is that we live in a society where rape happens in every few minutes! The issue is with our nation where these individuals are not educated enough about a woman’s dignity and her consent. Gaurav UpadhyayIPS says that what really needs to be done is imbibe valuable teachings and how to defend oneself.

  5. All these accused men were reported by the case number of 256/2019 U/S 376 DB IPC R/W under section 6 POCSO Act. It was registered at the Diphu police station. Later, they were sent out to the judicial custody.

  6. The investigating team was efficient enough to manage to search the contact details but tracing them. The other two culprits were traced out of the region of Manja. So it was on 17th September where we were able to gather a lot of information through the victim who was a minor. She was hospitalized at Diphu Civil Hospital.

  7. The victim confirmed that it was a game gang rape that happened between 12 noon to 4 PM on the same day. The entire incident happened at the Basic LP school colony.

  8. Sexual assaults happen all the time in our country and it’s high time that one should take strict actions against the same. The past remains with the victim and it touches deep into underlying traumas at so many levels. A few of the instances where we encountered these victims, revealed that it feels like a heavy burden on the chest. It is enough to ponder over, where our nation is heading to. 

  9. The brutality will shock you in multiple ways of how the conscience of our nation works. Although, this gives full coverage to the protests. It has also given addition to the special commissions and changes in the laws where punishments can be granted for the rape in a stringent way.
