ABOUT GEORGICA BUILDERS The key personnel of Georgica Builders each have over 25 years of construction experience and have built over 180 homes from Montauk to Manhattan although Georgica Builders focuses on the Hamptons (and adjoining areas). These homes have ranged anywhere from 1,200 to 12,000 square feet. In addition, Georgica Builders has remodeled numerous homes in the Hamptons, including gut rehab projects. Over the years, we have developed a reputation for completing work on-time and in-budget. Most homes that we build are completed in less than a year and are extremely cost competitive, even though we tend to provide exquisite architectural designs and features. We have done everything from simple remodeling projects to gut rehabs, land excavation, site preparation and finish trim work. As we strive to deliver the highest quality work at the lowest possible cost, we perform excavating work using our own equipment and employees. We have even formed our own custom cabinetry company (Home Pro Cabinetry located in Huntington, Long Island) so that, rather than hiring outside subcontractors and vendors, we can offer these services and products to our clients at prices lower than those charged by our competitors. If you are considering buying a home in the Hamptons (or surrounding areas), but you are not a landowner, we will first assist you in identifying that certain special piece of property to build on and then we will design and construct your dream house. Often, we have homes that are already constructed (or that are close to completion) or that are already in the planning stages. If we don't have any property that meets your requirements, then we can often assist you in finding the right property as we have access to many properties for sale, some of which are not openly on the market. If you are a landowner, looking to build a new home or substantially remodel your existing home, or even add certain appurtenances such as a swimming pool, pool house or tennis court, we will help design your project and then see it to fruition.
