  2. Grenada Upper Elementary School Focusing on Staff Wellness • Implement programs for staff including training in healthy eating and weight management. • Weight Watchers at Work • Training for equipment in fitness room • Spa Days

Getting Started with Weight Watchers at Work • Contacted a friend involved in WW • Came up with a contract • Will meet on Tuesdays in the GUES library for 12 weeks – January 9th – March 27th • Weigh in starts at 2:30 and meetings begin at 3:05. • Must be presents at all meetings. Allowed only one absence. $20.00 penalty for every absence after the first. • Sign in sheet for every meeting

  4. Is WW at Work successful at GUES? • 36 members – 2 administrative assistants, 3 administrators, 2 office staff members, speech therapist, counselor, nurse and nurse assistant, 20 teachers, 5 teaching assistants • Set a group goal • The Weight Watchers 500

Spa Days….simple ways to take care of the GUES staff • Beauty Control representative • 30 minute facials in quiet room with candles and music • Massage therapist • 30 minute upper body massages for $20 • Motivation for WW at Work members • 10% - free massage • 7 have already met 10% goals with 4 more on target to make it this last week
