  4. TRAINING PLANS GUIDELINES • Comprehensive Course Titles and Codes-Refer to TEA Table and Code #22 Course Titles and Codes • Training Plan Description-Approved training plan required for each student • Purpose of the Training Plan • Training Plan Submission-Original Signatures 3 training plans

  5. TRAINING PLANS GUIDELINES • Eligible Student-TP 3 weeks • Selection of Training Stations- Provide training according to program guidelines, minimum 15 hours weekly, 10 of which occur during the school week • Development of Training Plans-Required Essential Elements

  9. TRAINING PLANS REQUIRED FORMS • Transmittal • Career Preparation Student Data Sheet • Parent/School/Student Agreement- at least 50% of grade • Change of Training Station • Training Plan/Visitation Itinerary Verification

  10. VISITATION ITINERARY GUIDELINES • Must provide all information for the appropriate six weeks. Information must be complete. • Travel Itinerary Directions • Grade Reporting Dates-Names listed should match the names and Service ID’s on TP and the report. • Keep in mind the DUE date
