  1. IAN RENNER OF FLORIDA - AN ENGINEER Ian Renner of Florida is married, and the father of two children. Today he owns a string of properties in three cities. He began investing in real estate in 1999 and quickly began doing it full time. Ian is a veteran real estate investor who lives in Orlando, Florida. He began his career as a civil engineer, and designed and built a series of bridges, dams, and other infrastructure around the United States.

He began investing in real estate in 1999 and very soon became a full time real estate investor. Ian has a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Florida, which he received in 1990.
