Nose Surgery Center in Mission Viejo, California Nose Surgery, also known as Rhinoplasty, is a cosmetic surgery procedure that has the unique capability to improve both aesthetic and function results of the nose. Many people are not satisfied with the appearance of the nose they were given and feel self-conscious of their nose appearance. Common aesthetic nose complaints we hear include: the nose being overall too large in proportion to the rest of the nose, a crooked nose, bumps or indentations highly visible in the profile of the nose, the tip of the nose being wide/narrow/upturned/downturned, and the nostrils being uneven or too large. Nose Surgery can correct a number of these issues and also may be performed to improve air flow through the nose when there is an internal obstruction making it difficult for the patient to breathe through their nose.
