Lipid and Lipoprotein Parameters at Baseline and Drug Treatment: METEOR Trial Abbreviations: HDL, high-density lipoprotein; LDL, low-density lipoprotein.SI conversion factors: To convert HDL, LDL, and total cholesterol to mmol/L, multiply by 0.0259; triglycerides to mmol/L, multiply by 0.0113.*Time-weighted average was defined as the lipid value multiplied by number of days since the last lipid assessment, summed for all lipid observations and divided by the sum of days between all visits.
