Alternatively you may be able to drag down the notification bar at the end of the screen and tap the slider labeled Beats Audio. 3. Disable Bluetooth on your device. The QuickBooks card reader uses your audio jack and Bluetooth needs to be off for the audio jack to transmit.

Clear your cookies, history and cache: Go to Browser or Internet ​​and tap ​Menu > More > Settings ​​(or ​Menu > Settings > Privacy and Security​​) and then tap ​clear cookies, history and cache​​. 6. Set ​Mono Audio​ to OFF​​. ○ Go to ​Settings > Bluetooth​​ on your device to disable Bluetooth. The QuickBooks card reader uses your audio jack and Bluetooth needs to be off for the audio jack to transmit. 3. Make sure your GoPayment app is up to date. Check for pending updates or problems persist, install a new version by clicking ​App Store​​ on your device or by going to the Apple App Store. 4. A memory or caching issue may exist.
