We are writing in regard to the recent course that you participated in from IQ First Aid. We are sorry to announce that, regrettably, although the course you attended met the high standards set by the Kando training team, it did not meet the Kando standards for the AoFAQ certificate testing programme and our approvers satisfaction.

Kando Consultinghttp://kandoconsulting.co.uk/statement_2.php AOFAQ Due to the complaints received about the AoFAQ paperwork, we at Kando initiated a malpractice and maladministration complaint, in addition to a full investigation. The result of these was that we de-registered from AoFAQ because they are not fit for purpose as an awarding organisation. This means that the First Aid Certificate you achieved as embedded in your instructor course is completely valid - but the AoFAQ certificates are not fit for purpose and should be returned to us immediately at the address below.

  2. http://kandoconsulting.co.uk/statement_2.php This information is relevant to all learners who attended a First Aid at Work or a FAW Level 3 and QCF Level 3 Instructors Course presented by Kando First Aid Training units with course dates commencing 30th January to 25th February 2015 with certificates awarded by Kando and the additional AoFAQ test certificates.

AoFAQ – DE–REGISTRATION & INVESTIGATION If you wish to continue your training to become a First Aid Trainer, we will be pleased to provide your on-going training program as originally agreed in contracts. Also, so that we can assist you ably in mitigating any damages from AoFAQ in this case we would like you to forward all complaints to this effect to us at our address below. Please take note of the changes occurring from October 2015: all trainers in the regulated and de-regulated sector must hold a formal teaching qualification such as the L3 Education and Teaching certificate which replaces PTLLS L3.
