We have made some significant changes to our tournament package this year, please take the time to review the new package to ensure your full understanding. A Golfer’s Haven… Package Definitions • Green Fees – designated number of players a tournament has • Power Carts – Yamaha carts with roofs (up to 75) any requirements above this number will have a surcharge added • Rentals – we offer an 11 piece set of Spalding rentals • Beverage Ticket – one ticket provided for every player in the tournament and valid for any type of drink. • Continental or Full Breakfast – optional meal available for any tournament before round, both are done in a buffet style • Banquet Dinner – your choice of menu item to satisfy all participants in your tournament • Pro Shop Gift – a monetary credit in the pro shop that is an available option • Proximity Markers – for various hole prizes. • i.e. longest drive, closest to the pin

5. A Golfer’s Haven… Booking Procedures & Rules • Deposits – $1000.00 is required upon booking your event. This deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your event. • Final Payment – is expected no later then two weeks following the completion of your event. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card • Gratuities – our pricing does not include gratuities, we leave this to the discretion of each individual tournament. This is our way of helping to judge whether our service is to the highest standards. If you feel the staff has done a great job they would be grateful to receive a gratuity • Beverage Service – we provide above average service in our lounge, banquet area, restaurant, and beverage carts on the course. Any beverages brought on site by tournament participants will be confiscated immediately in accordance with ALCB regulations.

6. A Golfer’s Haven… Booking Procedures & Rules Pace of Play – tournaments are required to play within a 5 hour time frame Final Numbers – must be submitted 1 week prior to tournament date. Small changes can be made 48 hours prior. Tournaments showing up with less players then agreed to 48 hours prior will be charged for missing players Cancellation Policy – 2 weeks before their event, deposits will be refunded. If cancelled less then 2 weeks before, the tournament will not receive a refund. Beverage Holes – alcohol provided for the holes must be bought through Goose Hummock at 15% above our cost and served by a Goose Hummock staff member. This staff member represents an extra cost to the golf course and will be billed to the tournament at $50.00 per hole. Only 1 beverage hole is allowed per nine.

7. A Golfer’s Haven… Booking Procedures and Rules • Team selection should insure that each team is composed of at least 1 experienced golfer. This helps to eliminate slow play and allows novices to keep pace, without experiencing a lot of frustration. • Organizers need to arrive at least 1 hour prior to the start of the tournament, to ensure smooth operations. Players should be at the course at least ½ hour prior to tee time. This should be made very clear to players as it saves the organizer a lot of stress in the long run. • 4 person scrambles from the white tees is the preferred format for tournaments, any other formats must be presented to and agreed upon by Goose Hummock Management. • All players must obey the directions of the course staff. Goose Hummock reserves the right to cancel and suspend playing privileges, without refund to anyone or an entire group for violation of any of the above stated rules.
