  2. Homes • The Crow Indians lived in tepees. • The Cherokee Indians lived in villages along the Riverbanks. • Iroquois Indians lived in long houses. • Seminole Indians lived in chickees

  3. Foods • Plain Indians grow crops such as corn, squash, beans, wild rice, blueberries • They also hunt and kill deer, elk, rabbits and many other animals. • They also pick foods such as chokecherries, berries . • Odd foods such as gophers, sasktoons marrow, nose.

  4. Way of Life • Cheyennes hunted buffalo & other game. • Arapaho hunted game such as elk & antolop. • The Blackfeet men when trained for helping sick • Each one of the Pawnee would do the same dances.

  5. Interesting Facts • They used the bones for arrows • They used the skin for house • They used the fur for their beding & clothing • The crow indins construk one of the largest tepee • They paited their face to friten the spirit
