  1. Seminary and Institute Enrollment and Attendance Reports May 2010

  2. Seminary and Institute Enrollment and Attendance Information Enrollment and attendance reports for youth and young adults is or will soon be available in MLS. When available, priesthood leaders will receive the Notice on the next slide. Priesthood leaders may use this information to “encourage and monitor the participation of eligible stake members in CES programs” (See Church Handbook of Instructions—2006, 129-130).

  4. A Couple of Points The very first time you receive the update to access attendance information you will need to exit MLS and restart your computer before you can see the attendance information. If you have problems with accessing attendance information please contact the MLS help desk. If you need help interpreting the attendance information, please contact your local Seminaries and Institute representative.

  6. Select either • Seminary Attendance Report • Institute Attendance Report

  7. Select Beginning Age and Ending Age Click Print or Preview

Seminary and Institute Enrollment and Attendance Information Priesthood leaders may use this information to “encourage and monitor the participation of eligible stake members in CES programs” (See Church Handbook of Instructions—2006, 129-130). This report can be used to: Encourage enrollment and attendance. Alert leaders to those who are struggling with attendance or tardies. Compliment those who are doing very well with their attendance.

  11. Please note in order to have the most recent attendance information you should send and receive changes before printing the report.
