  2. Discuss the prospect of expansion For Fine Foods Overview

  3. Existing Sales Revenue

  4. Existing Sales Revenue

  5. If the company were to expand and thus increasing the offerings, products and services that we currently have at Fine Foods, we would need to shut down the store for two years and/or operate the store based on a renovation plan that would reduce our sales for two years due to the renovation and the loss of potential customers who would not like the renovation. Potential Expansion

  6. Yet, we would be guaranteed with profits based on the calculations of a Financial Expert that I have advised that we can increase our sales by at least $1,050,000 from the following 17 years after the two to three year downturn. Potential Expansion Cont’d 2

  7. Potential Expansion Cont’d 3 This consists of added profit of $90,000 per year and I am recommending that we offer a 10% discount on all offerings, products and services in Fine Foods in order to win back our customers.

  8. This presentation suggests that we should expand the store and operate the store on a downturn of profit over the two years of renovation and the one year after in order to win our customers back with our brand new store. The store has been in existence since 1803 and it is time that we prepare for the future. Recommendations
