Cass Community Social Services Mission: Cass Community is dedicated to making a profound difference in the lives of the diverse populations it serves by providing for basic needs, including affordable housing, promoting self-reliance and encouraging community involvement and community improvement. Services Food Services CCSS prepares 20,000 meals a week that are served to homebound seniors, homeless people, two hospitals for adults with mental illness and the Detroit Police Department. Homeless Services Cass offers emergency services and both transitional and permanent housing for homeless men, women and children. Medical Services The agency provides health services for all the homeless residents utilizing a medical doctor, nurse practitioner and a host or RNs and LPNs. Also, there is a Free Clinic every Saturday that is open to the entire community. Mental Health Services Cass has a weekday skill building program for adults with developmental disabilities and/or mental illnesses. Vocational Services Job training and placement for unemployed or under-employed men and women. Youth Services Cass has musical, mentoring & recreational opportunities for children/youth.

Location:Cherry Creek Golf Club and Banquet Center is located at 52000 Cherry Creek Drive - on the south side of 24 Mile Road between Van Dyke and the M-53 Expressway From Northbound M-53:Exit 23 Mile Road West and head North on Van Dyke.  Turn right (east) on 24Mile Road.  Cherry Creek is approximately 1/2 mile down on the right side. From Southbound M-53:Exit 26 Mile Road West and head South on Van Dyke. Turn left (east) on 24Mile Road.  Cherry Creek is approximately 1/2 mile down on the right side.

DETAILS When: Tuesday September 25, 2007 Noon Shotgun start 6 pm Dinner Where: Cherry Creek Golf Club (Shelby Twp) Golf price: $175 single player or $600 per foursome Includes golf, cart, range , dinner and beverages. -OR- Dinner only Option : $50 or $350 per table (of8) Hole in One Prizes on all Par 3s. Longest Drive, 2 Closest to the pins, & a putting contest. Mulligan’s will be available for purchase.
