  1. I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Me

  2. The Serenity Prayer • God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change. • The courage to change the things I can. • And the wisdom to know the difference.

  3. I Can Bear My Thorns In The Flesh • Philippians 4:11-13 • 11 Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: 12 I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

  4. I Can Bear My Thorns In The Flesh • 2 Corinthians 12:7-10 • And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. 8 Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me.

  5. I Can Bear My Thorns In The Flesh • 2 Corinthians 12:7-10 • 9 And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

  6. I Can Bear My Thorns In The Flesh • Matthew 6:34 • Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

  7. I Can Bear My Thorns In The Flesh • Proverbs 17:17 • A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity.

  8. I Can Bear My Thorns In The Flesh • Galatians 6:2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. • 1 John 3:17 But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

  9. I Can Bear My Wounded Spirit • Proverbs 18:14 The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear? KJV • Proverbs 18:14 The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness, But who can bear a broken spirit? NKJV

  10. I Can Bear My Wounded Spirit • Ephesians 4:31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. • Proverbs 15:13 A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, But by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.

  11. I Can Bear My Wounded Spirit • Proverbs 12:25 • Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad.

  12. I Can Bear My Wounded Spirit • Isaiah 41:10 • Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'

  13. I Can Bear My Wounded Spirit • Hebrews 13:5 • Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."

  14. I Can Bear My Wounded Spirit • Psalm 23:4 • Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

  15. I Can Bear My Wounded Spirit • Isaiah 40:11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs with His arm, And carry them in His bosom, And gently lead those who are with young. • Deuteronomy 32:11 As an eagle stirs up its nest, Hovers over its young, Spreading out its wings, taking them up, Carrying them on its wings,

  16. I Can Bear My Wounded Spirit • Job 2:13 • So they sat down with him on the ground seven days and seven nights, and no one spoke a word to him, for they saw that his grief was very great.

  17. I Can Bear My Wounded Spirit • Job 16:2-4 • 2 "I have heard many such things; Miserable comforters are you all! • 4 I also could speak as you do, If your soul were in my soul's place. I could heap up words against you, And shake my head at you;
