Purpose of Advisory Service To provide students with up-to-date and helpful advice, which will help them: • to make informed decisions in their selection of modules • to pursue as much as possible the areas of their interest and inclination, while taking into account their individual capabilities and limitations • To find ways to enrich their own learning experience at NUS – Enhancement, Exchange and other Overseas Programmes @NUS Student Advisory Service

  4. Seeking Advice Students may seek advice from their faculty mentors. The hyperlink for the list of mentors for students may be found at: http://www.me.nus.edu.sg/student_under_other_mentor.php Students may consult the following members of the Student Advisory Service: Faculty Advisor, A/P Christopher Yap • For advice on matters related to academic and career goals • For advice to enable students to make informed decisions about specializations, special programs and selection of technical electives • For assistance in obtaining approval for equivalency substitutions for modules undertaken in overseas universities • For advice about graduate studies • To discuss any personal matters affecting their studies @NUS Student Advisory Service
