  6. With a pair of double-platinum albums, Warrant was and still is one of the most popular rock bands of the late '80s. Many bands have come and gone over Warrant's 21 years as a professional recording artist, but one thing remains: Warrant is here to stay and is now better than ever!

  7. Special Guests Featuring Steven Adler original drummer of Guns n Roses

  8. Adler's Appetite Steven Adler, best known as the original drummer of “GUNS N' ROSES”, one of the most influential, ground-breaking hard rock bands to emerge from the late-80's L.A. hard rock scene, has returned to pick up where he left off. Steven decided to redefine "Adler's Appetite" and put together what both fans and critics have called the strongest line-up of the band to date. with nothing short of a stellar response, “ADLER'S APPETITE” is giving the fans what they want and breathing new life into the legacy that is “GUNS N' ROSES”. 9. The Locals

  10. Lust Boys From their sleazy beginnings Lust Boys have worked, partied, jammed and played their asses off during many successful local shows. Not ones to keep still and always wanting to pass off the true art of Sleaze these high energy rockers take us back to the days when pants were tight, scarves were an accessory and rock wasn't about someone whining about what they have or have not got. A time when rock was about putting on the best possible show for the fans. -Last but not least, the Lust Boys brought the sleaze. One thing you need to admit about a Lust Boys show is they live the rock n' roll stereotype to the fullest and love every minute of it. A definite recommendation for anyone that loves the hard rock/metal of the 70's/80's. Vocalist Jayme "Gypsy" Black had the crowd in the palm of his hands. The band did their part as well, with the quick shout out lines in the choruses. I don't think there was a single person in the V-Lounge not singing along. -Dylan Jackson, BANDNIGHT Click here to see Lust Boys Video - Spread Yur Legz

  11. Dead Eyes Open -Top 20 finalists for Fox Seeds 2010 -Band of the Month Jan 2010, 91.3 The Zone FM Taking from previous modern concept themed albums Coheed and Cambria (The Amory Wars), Protest the Hero (Kezia) and classic survival horror films (Dawn of the Dead, 28 Days Later) "DEAD EYES OPEN" boldly ties the gap between movie and music. Having already played with some of Canada's top acts such as Protest the Hero, Marianas Trench, Daniel Wesley, The Armchair Cynics and two Western Canadian tours completed, Dead Eyes Open are ready to take the world by storm in 2011. Recently Dead Eyes Open reached the top 20 position in the 99.3 Vancouver Seeds competition while planning a cross Canada tour for 2011 to support their new album throughout the spring, it's clear... there is no stopping DEO. Dead Eyes Open Tour 2011 Teaser Video Here

  12. Sea-Sekshun Sea-Sekshun, turned the energy levels to eleven and tore through their half hour set like there was no tomorrow. Taut guitars and some rather tasty vocal harmonies are hallmarks of this band... Sea-Sekshun's Video for the song Flyers

  13. Handsome Distraction Handsome Distraction took the stage. These guys were definitely ready to tear it up. There is no question that this is a band that knows its stuff. Excellent stage presence and refined arrangements From the get go, the band sweats professionalism. They are very tight. Devin Perfect achieved some heavenly [and hellish] guitar tones from his pedals, though it was Scheiding that wowed us with his prowess for licks. -Dylan Jackson, BANDNIGHT More Handsome Distraction Here!!

  14. Throat Poets Having shared the stage with such diverse acts as Ninjaspy, Bif Naked, Armchair Cynics and Funk Vigilante, Throat Poets are a must see if you like energetic melodies mixed with heavy grooves. Throat Poets Interview on Island 30 - Victoria Bandstand

  15. Weak Patrol First thing I noticed was the insane energy. The floor was absolutely packed with people dancing... Keep your eyes on these guys, because you don't know what brilliance they are going to come up with next. A chant brewed after their set, and I knew I needed to see this band from start to finish.... Suddenly the place is packed with people wearing Weak Patrol shirts. It's for a good reason. It's hard to imagine how this band doesn't get tired. Frontman Caleb Kennedy strums his acoustic guitar harder than anyone I've ever seen and sweat seemed to shake from his flailing body. Carling Battistuzzi is always jumping around, swinging her hair. She has such a rock voice to her, but not in a way that would be non-accessible to the listener Really, this has to be one of the top acts in Victoria. Not only are they consistent with well crafted indie rock with classic influences, they have the shirts, they have the CDs, the uniforms [as stated] and they even have an animated background that spans the whole concert. Each song is handled with gusto. -Dylan Jackson, BANDNIGHT More Weak Patrol!!

  16. The New Colors This band is amazingly tight. Their set was flawless. There's definitely that grunge underlay, but you will also find influences from the likes of The Doors and Tool. All the songs are catchy, but heavy. Front-man Scawt Polachuk can scream his face off. He definitely has that Kurt Cobain delivery as far as vocals go, but he screams like Frank Black. Yes kids, drop that acid, because for one song, you can pretend you attended Woodstock '69 [at least for the intro]. It's that kind of experimentation that will do well for The New Colors. -Dylan Jackson, BANDNIGHT All about The New Colors Here!

  17. Black Hat Villain -Winner of CFOX Seeds 2010 - 91.3FM The Zone Band of the Month Mar 2010 This isn't a band heavy with solos. Just straight forward rock and roll. They have an impressive fan base. People knew the words. Women were going crazy. The thing with this group, is that they are accessible enough for the females, but also have flourishes of metal in their music to keep the men rocking. The choruses were like anthems. Scotty Tuesday is the ultimate front-man -Dylan Jackson, BANDNIGHT Creature Video by Black Hat Villain

  18. Rotten Rails Next up was Rotten Rails, and that's when things got really insane. This was much heavier and it seemed that's what the crowd was waiting for, because the mosh frenzy that ensued was the biggest of the night. These guys have perfected the chugging guitar style...Vocalist Rob Taylor screamed his face off, and the audience screamed back. There was great crowd interaction with these guys I barely remembered what they looked like. I just remembered the music. Of course, image isn't the primary principle of music... no frills. No gimmicks. No hamming it up with solos. Just a take no prisoners onslaught of brutality. -Dylan Jackson, BANDNIGHT www.myspace.com/rottenrails420

  19. This Day Burns Wietzke has an amazing voice and all of these musicians are impressive... This brand new band ripped it up and owned it...from the killer riffs with awesome changes to the haunting vocals of lead singer Jasmine...to the band switching instruments to the amazing energy showed by all of This Day Burns there will be plenty more to come from this killer new act. www.myspace.com/thisdayburnsband
