  2. 2NDSLIDE Flowers can be a wonderfully personal gift when you choose one whose meaning most closely matches the message you’re trying to convey. If you've spent time and money on a beautiful flower arrangement, you might as well do everything you can to ensure a long, full life for your flowers. Following tips and tricks for maintaining fresh flowers can extend the life of your beautiful blooms.

  3. THIRDSLIDE CHANGE WATER DAILY Change water day by day according to flowers mainly we should use filtered water rather than tap water, though, for certain types of plants that are known to live longer and the water temperature should be 100°F to 110°F.  You should keep fresh water in your container at all times. You will want to add water daily and change the water once it becomes cloudy or murky.

  4. 4THSLIDE CUT THE STEMS IN A VERTICLE WAY To get the best cut, use sharp scissors & cut the bottom-most inch off the stems at an angle rather than straight across. Cut flowers should always be kept away from high heat. Use clean, sharp utensils when cutting flowers. Knives, clippers, or shears can be employed. Never use ordinary scissors, it will crush their vascular systems and prevent proper water uptake.

  5. 5THSLIDE DON'T FORGET TO FEED THEM Most flower food contains sugar (nutrients ), an acidifier (to maintain the water’s pH level), and bleach (to reduce bacteria in the water). If you don't have flower food, you can easily make your own by 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon household bleach, 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice, 1-quart lukewarm water so that you can feed them properly.

  6. 6ITHSLIDE CLEAN VASE When it comes to flowers, cleanliness matters. A clean vase filled with fresh water is the best way to keep your flowers fresh. Try out which flower will look best in each vase. Small flower will look best in a shorter vase and long flowers will look elegant in a longer vase. Cut the flowers to the required length so that it fits within the shape of your vase.

  7.  7THSLIDE USE REFRIGERATOR AT NIGHT One of the best ways you can keep cut flowers fresh is to store them in the refrigerator overnight. This makes an especially big difference during the summer or if your house tends to run warm.
