The Albedo rate of Venus is .65 (or 65%,) The highest in the Solar system (& thus the brightest Planet) Clouds of Sulfuric Acid High in the Atmosphere reflect the light and block views of the Surface Some (35%) gets through High Frequencies are absorbed by the Clouds thus The Venusian Sky is Orange
