  2. Our range has been carefully selected, tried and tested and several of our clippers have won prestigious awards. All Masterclip products come with a 2 year warranty, but more importantly we carry all spare parts for our products so we can always service and repair your clippers, even when your warranty has expired. Delivery FREE delivery is included to mainland UK only. For all other areas, please ask for a quote. Orders received before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day. For orders over £50 they will be sent by DPD and will go out on a next working day service. Please ensure you supply an email address and a mobile number as you will be given a one hour delivery slot. A signature is required upon delivery, so please consider this when stating your delivery address. Once your order has left our warehouse it is in the capable hands of DPD. Should you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us. For orders under £50 they will be sent by Royal Mail first class post. Special Deliveries Saturday or weekday morning deliveries can be arranged, but there will be a surcharge. Please contact us to request a price for either of these delivery services. If you need a parcel sending outside of the UK, please contact us for a quote. 
Returns Non Faulty If you find that the clippers are unsuitable or not exactly what you were looking for, you are welcome to send them back for a full refund. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. Your clippers must be returned unused and in the original packaging along with the purchase receipt. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the clippers and they should be well packed and clearly labelled. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage, along with adequate insurance if making a return. This will enable you to make a claim should your parcel get lost or damaged whilst in transit. Please download the RETURNS FORM and send in with your clippers Faulty Goods If there is a fault with your clippers, please call Masterclip on 0116 279 6900. We will arrange to collect the item and evaluate the problem when it is back in our workshop. After inspection the clipper will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and sent back out.

  3. Service and Repair We carry out all service and repair on any Masterclip clipper and our turnaround time is normally 48 hours. If you need to send your clipper in for repair, please complete the Service and Repair form below and send in with your clippers. Please ensure that you remove any clipper oil from the box. Blade Sharpening We use Shear Ease Ltd for a professional clipper blade sharpening service.
