Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking

Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking or Annapurna Panorama Trek is also known as the Small Annapurna Circuit Trek. Actually, this is short trek close to Pokhara and this will give you an opportunity to see the majestic Himalayan views. Poon Hill Trek offers you a chance to feel the Nepalese Village Culture as you have to walk through terraced farmlands and grazing meadows over green hills and through the beautiful rhododendron, pine, oak, and maple forests. During the trek, the paths cross countless streams and waterfalls from the glaciers and snow fields of the peaks high above.

  2. Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking or Annapurna Panorama Trek is also known as the Small Annapurna Circuit Trek. Actually, this is short trek close to Pokhara and this will give you an opportunity to see the majestic Himalayan views.Poon Hill Trek offers you a chance to feel the Nepalese Village Culture as you have to walk through terraced farmlands and grazing meadows over green hills and through the beautiful rhododendron, pine, oak, and maple forests. During the trek, the paths cross countless streams and waterfalls from the glaciers and snow fields of the peaks high above. From Poon Hill, we will get chance to view the magnificent sunrise views of Annapurna Range and adjacent ridges. Along with that, we will also get chance to see the majestic heights of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South.Annapurna I, and Tara Kang and more closely the Machhapuchhre and many other peaks.

  3. Day 01:Arrival at Kathmandu Today, upon your arrival Tribhuvan International Airport, our representatives from Nepal Himalayas Trekking will welcome you and transfer the hotel. Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing With the help of our experienced tour guide, you will spend this whole day for Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing. The Swayambhunath, Bauddhanath, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square among others. main places will be: Pashupatinath, Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara. a) by road 6-7 hours, b) by air 30 minutes Today, after having breakfast early in the morning, we will drive you to Pokhara. Driving from Kathmandu to Pokhara will take around 7 hours by tourist bus. If you take a flight to Pokhara, it will take around 30 minutes. And at the remaining time, you can explore around the Pokhara City. We will stay at hotel tonight. Day 04: Pokhara to Ulleri (2010m) Leave Pokhara early morning and travel by car to the trek starting point in Nayapul.Walk along the Modi river valley where waterfalls and inviting plunge pools await. Ascend the steep staircase to Magar village of Ulleri from where there are breathtaking views of the valley below and the peaks ofAnnapurna South and Hiunchuli.

  4. Day 05: Ulleri to Ghorepani (2870m) The day starts with a gentle climb before reaching steeper climbs of a river walk through oak and rhododendron forests en route to Ghorepani. Day 06: Ghorepani to Tadapani (2670m) Today, very early in the morning, we will start our an hour hiking to Poon Hill and then we return to Ghorepani after having a beautiful view of sunshine in Himalayas in Poon Hill. Leaving Ghorepani will then bring you to Tadapani, which will be the destination for today. Day 07: Tadapani to Ghandruk (1940m) The trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk is a fairly easy descent through dense forests and takes about three hours. Ghandruk is a large Gurung village and has its own museum and handicraft centre again popular with visitors. Once here, there are good views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna Annapurna III and Machhapuchhare. Day 08: Ghandruk to Landruk (1565m) From Ghandruk, we make early start today. And after having breakfast, we start trekking quite downhill through the forests and farmlands. The trail finally brings us to Landruk, where we will stay tonight. Day 09: Landruk to Dhampus (1650m) Today, we again move ahead. And the trail today is going to be slightly uphill today. We finally reach at Dhampus for our overnight stay.

Day 10: Dhampus to Pokhara (820m) Today, exploring the Gurung culture at Dhampus, we start heading downhill and our trek today will bring us to Pokhara, where we will stay overnight at guesthouse. Day 11: Rest day + Shightseeing in Pokhara. Today will be the best day for having tour in Pokhara city. You can have a sightseeing trip at Pokhara as there are many places worth visiting. The major places include: Fewa Lake, Begnas Lake, Devi's Falls, Museum, Gupteshwor Cave, Bat's Cave and Mahendra Cave among others. Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu, a) by road 6/7 hours, b) by air 30 minutes Today's drive from Pokhara will take you to Kathmandu. If you take the flight to return back to Kathmandu, it will take around 35 minutes. You can explore the Kathmandu city in the remaining time. And in the evening we will celebrate the farewell dinner. Day 13: Final Departure from Kathmandu Today, after having breakfast, we will accompany you to the airport for the returning flight. We bid you farewell at the airport hoping to see you again!
