Strengths • Great support by the CEO of the faculty • Strong commitment of the head of the unit and team • Competent and experienced staff • Variety of English courses and workshops • Good personal relationship with overseas institutes • A TOEFL iBT test center • Available and reliable editing service • Interesting country and culture • Warm and sincere hospitality • Natural resources prosperity

Weaknesses • Lack of permanent office andadequate equipment • Lack of internal communication • Lack of interest and poor attitude – not in a priority • Lack of time and availability • Lack of efficient course advertisement • Lack of collaboration from departments • Lack of other foreign languages • Lack of willingness to accept overseas students • Lack of commitment for conducting joint research • Lack of authority • English is not a preferable language at work

  8. กลยุทธ์และแนวทางพัฒนากลยุทธ์และแนวทางพัฒนา • ประชาสัมพันธ์ เชิงรุกและตรงกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายมากขึ้น • จัดหลักสูตรและจัดอบรมที่หลากหลายตรงกับความต้องการของบุคลากร • ส่งอาจารย์ชาวต่างชาติไปอบรมด้าน Medical journal • หาบุคลากรต่างชาติที่มีความรู้ด้านการทำวิจัยและตีพิมพ์บทความ • จัดสวัสดิการเพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจในการทำงานให้กับบุคลากรต่างชาติ • สร้างแรงจูงใจและจัดระบบเอื้ออำนวยให้บุคลากรมาเรียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ • เพิ่มหลักสูตรนอกเวลา

  9. กลยุทธ์และแนวทางพัฒนากลยุทธ์และแนวทางพัฒนา • สร้าง MOU เชิงรุก • สร้างเครือข่ายกับสถาบันโรงเรียนแพทย์ในประเทศและภาคพื้นเอเชีย • สร้างฐานข้อมูลสำหรับแหล่งทุนวิจัยและสถาบันวิจัยในต่างประเทศ • สร้างสัมพันธ์กับสถาบันฝึกอบรมกับต่างประเทศโดยผ่านทางอาจารย์ที่หรือบุคลากรที่มีpersonal relationship และจัดโครงการแลกเปลี่ยน Visiting Professor • กำหนด English competency ให้เป็นวัฒนธรรมองค์กร • สร้างให้มีเครือข่ายหรือตัวแทนวิเทศสัมพันธ์ในภาควิชาต่างๆ

  10. กลยุทธ์และแนวทางพัฒนากลยุทธ์และแนวทางพัฒนา • สร้างความมั่นใจด้านความปลอดภัยในมหาวิทยาลัยผ่านทางผู้มาเยือนและเว็บไซด์ • กระตุ้นให้มีกิจกรรมที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในหน่วยงานต่างๆ • สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเวลามีนักศึกษาต่างชาติ • สร้าง Ambassador เพื่อดูแล ชาวต่างชาติที่มาเยือน • เพิ่มเจ้าหน้าที่วิเทศสัมพันธ์เพื่อรองรับภาระงานที่ขยายเพิ่มขึ้น • บรรจุ English competency เป็นคุณสมบัติของบุคลากร • จัดสรรที่พักสำหรับทีมต่างชาติ • จัดตารางหลักสูตรและการตอบรับจากทุกภาควิชามาไว้ที่งานวิเทศสัมพันธ์
