In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix well. 2. Slowly add water and start mixing to form a thick batter. 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat to deep-fry the momos. 4. Dip each ready-to-eat momo in the batter and coat well. 5. Carefully drop the momos in the hot oil and fry them until golden brown. 6. Remove the momos from the oil using a slotted spoon & place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil. Serve these deep-fried momos hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
